Pick or Design a Plan that Works for Your Business Case

Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between XForms Mobile and XForms Cx?

XForms Cx is designed specifically for construction commissioning use cases.  Usually this involves assignment of specific forms to specific devices/equipment to inspect and test.

If your use case involves something other than commissioning, then the product for you is XForms Mobile, which handles all typical inspection and field data capture workflows.

For XForms Cx, what is considered an active project?

An active project is defined as a project under construction.  Closed/completed projects do not count for billing purposes.

Do I need to give you my credit card for the free trial?

My particular use case doesn't fit either of your options, but more like a mix of both. How would that work?

Contact us with your unique situation and use case and we can design a business model that will work for your unique situation.

I have a bunch of forms but don't really want to build them myself. Can you build the forms for me?

Yes.  We can build your form templates into XForms. Because everyone’s forms are unique, we would need for you to provide examples of your forms in order to provide you with a quote to create them for you.  You can provide this information in the sign up forms above.

Why is there a 30-day trial for XForms Cx but only a 14-day trial for XForms Mobile?

Setup of a commissioning project is a much more complex animal than your typical inspection forms and checklists.  This is why we give more time to kick the tires for XForms Cx.

With XForms Cx, do you also pay per user?

No.  For XForms Cx, you pay by the active project, not by the user.  This means that you can have an unlimited number of users using XForms Cx but only pay for the # of projects that are active in your account.

I'm ready to move from a free trial to a paid account. how do I do that?

Contact us and we will get you squared away.
